Can YOU go a day without shoes?

Do you know what today is? It's Thursday, April 8 - which means it's "One Day Without Shoes!" This event was created by TOMS Shoes, after the founder of the company went to Argentina and saw that the children he met were barefoot. There will be nationwide participation today, including the Jonas Brothers, who ask for your participation, in this video:



The "One Day Without Shoes" website explains, "We are asking people to go the day, part of the day or even just a few minutes, barefoot, to experience a life without shoes first-hand, and to help spread awareness of the impact a simple pair of shoes can bring to a child's life."
