The wait is almost over for Avril Lavigne fans! Her fourth album Goodbye Lullaby comes out March 8th, but fans can get a sneak peak of the album on January 1st with a free download of her new single "What The Hell."The download will be available on Avril's official Facebook page for 48 hours starting on January 1, 2011. Fans must go to facebook.com/avrillavigne and 'Like' Avril to download the song starting at midnight.
She will perform and debut "What The Hell" on New Year's Eve during "Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve broadcast celebration on ABC. Tonight on ABC @ 10
