Closing out the annual west coast cinema showcase, Katie Holmes was front and center at the Los Angeles Film Festival on Sunday night (June 26).
Joined by co-star Bailee Madison, the 32-year-old actress was in-hand at the Regal Cinemas L.A. Live venue for a screening of her new movie "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark".
Directed by Troy Nixey, the horror/thriller tells the tale of "a young girl who is sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend, only to discover creatures in her new home who want to claim her as one of their own."
Also starring Guy Pearce, Alan Dale and Nicholas Bell, "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" is set for U.S. release on August 26, 2011.
